Faith Club, begun about ten years ago by John McManmon has as its objective to teach those with special needs about the Catholic faith through reading of Gospels, followed by discussion, questions, and personal experiences. Leaders and caregivers encourage the special adult participants to express their thoughts, ideas and questions regarding the Gospel readings. Fall and spring ten-week sessions consist of introduction, gospel discussion, final lesson, and social hour. Team members and leaders enjoy the feeling that at each meeting they touch and feel the face of God. Volunteers for this special ministry are most welcome.
